HOW TO BUY CAR FROM RU-JAPAN

Ways to purchase vehicles from Japan.

1) Customers can purchase from Ru-japan's stock listed on this website,

STEP-1 HOW TO REGISTER

-> Our registered customers get the following perks.

-> Free of cost registration in our valuable customer base.

-> Assigned with a dedicated Salesperson to guide for anything.

-> Free of cost Auction view of all the auction houses.

-> Stock and Promotion updates (Daily or Weekly on choice).

STEP-2 HOW TO BUY

-> Request for the auction deposit invoice.

-> Pay 100,000 JPY or 10% of the car price whichever is higher.

-> Start bidding on any car you like to buy.

-> For any car that you win buy bidding, get the proforma invoice.

STEP-3 HOW TO PAY

-> Using the proforma invoice you can pay from any of the following channels.

-> Bank (USD/JPY)

-> PayPal (USD/JPY)

-> WISE (USD/JPY)

-> Revolut (USD/JPY)

-> As soon as you are done with payment, kindly share the payment reference with us at info@ru-japan.com or customersupport@ru-japan.com.

-> As soon as the payment has been received, we issue the payment receipt to acknowledge the payment and for your reference.

STEP-4 INSPECTION PROCESS

-> Within the 5 working days we receive the Export certificate of the car.

-> As soon as the Export Certificate has been received, we book the car for pre-shipment inspection according to the import policy of shipping country.

-> On the confirmation of inspection schedule date, we notify you via email.

-> On the inspection date we notify you about the inspection result.

-> We receive the inspection certificate within the 5 working days, we email you the soft copy on the same day.

-> Note: In case the Pre-shipment inspection is not required for the shipping country we instantly move to the shipment booking process.

STEP-5 SHIPMENT PROCESS

-> We apply for booking on the earliest and reliable shipment to the desired shipping country.

-> On the confirmation of shipment schedule dates, we notify you via email.

-> Within the 3 working days from the departure date we receive the BL copy, we email you the soft copy on the same

-> Day for your reference and acknowledgement.

-> Upon the acknowledgement from you about the BL copy, we issue you the balance payment invoice, in-case you have any Overdue.

STEP-6 DOCUMENT DELIVERY

-> As soon as we received the balance payment, we proceed for the Surrender BL and DHL to issue you the original

-> documents on your provided mailing address and details.

-> Using those original documents or Surrendered BL you can clear the car from port according to the shipment arrival

-> date and drive home.
